Damian Bao Casting is currently casting a shoe campaign, and we are looking for men ages 25-50 in the NYC metro area who live on the bright side. We are looking for someone who has a casual and modern work attire/style and can fit shoe size 8, 9, or 10. Our ideal candidate is a modern working man whose work, organization, company, start-up, or project encourages others to live on the bright side. We want spirited humans who initiate small things that spur positivity in their community or the world. Your positive company or optimistic project can be big or small; we are simply looking for true optimists! Examples: Someone with a business with a cause or philanthropic angle. Someone who started a project that uplifts others and brings sunshine and brightness to other people’s lives. Someone who started or found something that connects people positively or bring people together.
If selected for the campaign, we would shoot you at your home and workplace for 1 day between September 28-October 6, and you would be compensated up to $5,000 for your time and participation. Nonstandard workplaces, such as coffee shops and co-working spaces, are welcome as long as we can have permission to shoot there.

Project: Winter 2019 Shoe Campaign (stills and video)
Creative Direction: A journey through the modern workday of a modern working man
Union Status: Non Union
Talent Rate: $5,000 for shoot day + usage inclusive of possible fitting (1-2 hours) and inclusive of permission/rights/release to photograph and record at talent’s home and workplace (+ 20% Agency if booked through Agent)
Callback: 1-hour Skype video meeting if Talent is in final round anytime between September 23-28.
Shoot Date: Between September 28-October 6, 2019. The shoot day is within that range for up to 12 hours shoot day. Production will coordinate with talent.
Shoot Location: NYC metro area at talent’s home and workplace
Usage: Global Advertising. All usage to include all advertising (print, web & OOH), video and digital rights. 12 months from first insertion in each market. Market’s first dates of usage will vary. No TV Broadcast.
Conflict: Talent must not be in any active advertising campaign or commercial with any other shoe brand.
