About: Casting a diverse pool of couples for a motion piece project for a major fashion designer fragrance shoot. We will be confirming 4-6 couples total, 4 of which will be used for the video piece and 3 of which will be specifically selected for the Print Campaign and will also be featured in the video.
Open to submissions from real couple submissions and talent who’d be open to pose as couples with their friends.
All talent presented must be available for:
- A possible in person casting on Tuesday, June 18th
- In person measurement session for their custom garments (date TBD)
- Fitting Date June 24
- Shoot Date June 25
Talent Rates: All confirmed talent will be paid a project fee of $1,500 per person inclusive of agency fee (if applicable) for their participation in the project and usage. This must cover their time attending casting, in person measurement sessions, fittings and confirmed shoot date. The couples chosen for the Print Campaign as recognizable Hero faces will receive an additional $4,500 usage fee inclusive of agency if client exercises the option. All of the rates are renewable for 3x 1 year terms at +10% yearly. ALL NON RECOGNIZABLE MATERIAL IS ALLOWED IN PERPETUITY.
Usage Term: One (1) year from the date of first commercial insertion which shall be determined in client’s sole discretion. Additionally, a three (3) month PR period immediately preceding the first day of the Usage and six (6) month wind-down period immediately following the last day of the Usage Term. Brand will also have perpetual rights to all Materials for non-commercial, historical, archival, corporate uses (including, videos, brochures, corporate website).
